Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ` արագ արձագանքման խումբը 2021թ. հունվարի 28-ին տեսակցել է Հանրապետության հրապարակից նույն օրը բերման ենթարկված կամ ձերբակալված անձանց Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում: Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն իրականացրել է նաև տեղի ունեցած  հավաքի դիտարկում: Այս մասին հաղորդում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
 
Այցի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել առանձնազրույցներ բերման ենթարկվածների կամ ձերբակալվածների հետ, ուսումնասիրվել են նրանց բերման ենթարկելու հիմքերն ու իրավունքների ապահովման վիճակը, ինչպես նաև այդ առնչությամբ իրավապահ մարմինների կազմած փաստաթղթերը։
 
Այցի արդյունքները կամփոփվեն և նախաձեռնված ընթացակարգի շրջանակում կձեռնարկվեն անհրաժեշտ քայլեր, այդ թվում` գրավոր ընթացակարգով նրանց մի մասի կամ փաստաբանների բողոքների հիման վրա:
