Հունվարի 26-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը, ՌԴ ԶՈՒ օդատիեզերական ուժերի  ԳՀ ՀՕՊ ղեկավարության ուղեկցությամբ եղել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի հակաօդային պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումներից մեկում:

Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն այցելել է ԶՈՒ ՀՕՊ և ավիացիայի միավորված հրամանատարական կետ, որտեղից ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերի և ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմակայանի ՀՕՊ ուժերի համատեղ ջանքերով իրականացվում է Հայաստանի օդային սահմանների պահպանության մարտական հերթապահություն։

Պաշտպանության նախարարին զեկուցվել է, որ շուրջօրյա հերթապահությունն ընթանում է բնականոն հունով, օդային սահմանների խախտման դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել։

Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը կարևորել է հայ-ռուսական ռազմական համագործակցության խորացման անհրաժեշտությունը, այդ թվում նաև հակաօդային պաշտպանության ոլորտում, որպես փոխգործակցության լավագույն օրինակներից մեկը նշելով Հայաստանի օդային սահմանների պաշտպանությունը միասնական ուժերով։

ՀՀ ԶՈՒ հակաօդային պաշտպանության զորքերի պետ-վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Վարդանյանը և հրամանատարական կազմը պաշտպանության նախարարին են ներկայացրել  համատեղ աշխատանքների ընթացքը և առաջիկա անելիքները։
