Անկախ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը նախօրեին շրջանառության մեջ է դրել օրենսդրական նախագիծ, որով պատգամավորներին առաջարկում է՝ ամեն ամիս իրենց տրամադրվող գումարից մասհանում անել պատերազմի ժամանակ 1-ին կարգի հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած անձանց համար։

Խոսքը մասնավորապես պատգամավորական գործունեության հետ կապված փոխհատուցման ենթակա ծախսերի՝ յուրաքանչյուր պատգամավորի համար սահմանված ամսական 50 հազար դրամի մասին է, որը չի մտնում պատգամավորի ո՛չ աշխատավարձի, ո՛չ էլ պարգեւավճարի մեջ։ Ըստ այդմ՝ տարեկան կտրվածքով մոտ 80 միլիոն դրամ կփոխանցվի հաշմանդամներին։ Խորհրդարանի պատերի ներսում, մասնավորապես պատգամավորների շրջանում, բուռն քննարկվում է նախագիծը։ Այն ոմանց սրտով չէ, ու հնարավոր է ձգեն եւ ներկայացված նախագիծը հնարավորինս ուշ օրակարգ մտցնեն։
