Տնտեսագետ Հովհաննես Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը հասավ 8 միլիարդ դոլարի:

2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ դա կազմում է 7,968.5 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Սրանից Կառավարության պարտքը կազմում է շուրջ 7.5 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ ԿԲ-ինը` շուրջ 0.5 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Ապիկարի կառավարությունը միայն 2020 թվականի ընթացքում պետության պարտքը ավելացրել է շուրջ 700 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարով: Իր 2.8 տարվա կառավարման ընթացքում նա երկրի պարտքը ավելացրել է շուրջ 1.2 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարով:

Եթե այս պարտքով երկրի համար ենթակառուցվածքներ կառուցած լինեին, խոսելու տեղ շատ չէր լինի, իսկ այս պարագայում այս կուտակված պարտքը չի նպաստելու երկրի զարգացմանը:
