mk.kn.md-ն գրում է, որ Բաքվում սկսվել է հայկական զինված ուժերի դեմ 44-օրյա պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակին նվիրված հուշահամալիրի և թանգարանի կառուցումը: Վերջիններս գտնվելու են Նոբելի պողոտայի և «Սպիտակ քաղաք» ծառուղու միջև: Մարտերի ընթացքում առգրավված հայկական ռազմական տեխնիկան բերվելու է այնտեղ և ցուցադրվելու է բաց երկնքի տակ՝ նման կերպ դառնալով հուշահամալիրի տարր: Շինարարական աշխատանքները բուռն ընթացքի մեջ են:

Առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե արդյո՞ք Հաղթանակի թանգարանում արտացոլվելու է թուրք զինծառայողների և թուրքական ռազմական տեխնիկայի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածքում ռազմական գործողություններին մասնակցելը: Համալիրի ստեղծման կարգադրությունը ստորագրվել է Նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 3-ին:
