«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Երեկ ԲԴԽ անդամի թեկնածու Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը հանդիպել է «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության հետ։ Հանդիպումն անցել է բարիդրացիական մթնոլորտում, քանի որ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը Ջհանգիրյանի հետ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի, որը ձեւավորվել է դեռ նախկին գումարման խորհրդարանում, երբ երկուսն էլ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի անդամներ էին։ ԼՀԿ-ն Ջհանգիրյանին հարցրել է Մատաղիսի գործից։ Նախկին զինդատախազն ասել է, որ մնում է նախկին «համոզմանը»։

Տարիքային արգելքի հետ կապված էլ ասել է, որ եթե իր տարիքը խնդրո առարկա դառնա եւ վիճարկվի, ապա ոչ միայն ԲԴԽ կառույցը կկազմալուծվի, այլեւ չեղյալ կհամարվեն բոլոր այն որոշումներն ու օրենսդրական ակտերը, որոնք ստորագրել է ԲԴԽ նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանը, որն «ապօրինի զբաղեցրել է ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնը՝ լինելով 70 տարեկան»։ Իսկ եթե ապօրինի են եղել նրա ստորագրած բոլոր ակտերը, ուրեմն ԲԴԽ դատավորների նշանակումները եւս պետք է չեղյալ հայտարարվեն։ ԼՀԿ-ից մեզ ասացին, որ դեռ որոշում չունեն, թե ինչպես են քվեարկելու Ջհանգիրյանի թեկնածությունը։
