Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանը երազանքն իրագործվեց հունվարի 11-ի պայմանագրով

Ռուսական «Kommersant» պարբերականը հրապարակել է հունվարի 11-ին Մոսկվայում Ալիևի և Փաշինյանի կողմից ստորագրած ապաշրջափակման համաձայնագրի քարտեզը, որով անցնելու է տարածաշրջանի երկրները միմյանց կապող երկաթուղին։

Քարտեզից պարզ է, որ իրականացել է Հայաստանի երկու թշնամիների՝ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի վաղեմի երազանքը. Մեղրիով Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան կապվում են միմյանց, իսկ Ադրբեջանի միջոցով Թուրքիան կապվում է Ռուսաստանին:

Հայաստանով անցնող երկաթուղին Մեղրիի հատվածում ունենալու է շուրջ 40 կմ երկարություն, որն այնուհետև Երասխից ձգտվելու է մինչև Երևան:

Փաստորեն` երկաթուղու գործարկման դեպքում Երևանը Նախիջևանի միջոցով երկաթուղային կապ կունենա Իրանի հետ, իսկ Բաքվի միջոցով Ռուսաստանի հետ:

Հավելենք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի հաշվարկով՝ Նախիջևանն ու Ադրբեջանը միմյանց կապվող, Մեղրիով անցնող երկաթգծի արժեքը 434 մլն դոլար է։
