Ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ երկու ստեփանակերտցի գիշերը՝ ժամը 2-3-ի սահմաններում, միգուցե մի քիչ ավելի ուշ, Ստեփանակերտի մի քանի թաղամասերում ավտոմատից օդ են կրակել։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը՝ հերքելով մամուլում տարածված լուրերը, թե գիշերը ադրբեջանցիները Ստեփանակերտ են մտել և կրակոցներ արձակել մի քանի ուղղությամբ։

«Այս պահին նրանք ձերբակալված են, և ոստիկանությունը համապատասխան քնություն է իրականացնում»,- հայտնեց Վահրամ Պողոսյանը։

Նա  ընդգծեց՝ չպետք է խուճապի մատնվել, քանի որ Ստեփանակերտը և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, Արցախը շարունակում է գտնվել Պաշտպանության բանակի և Արցախում գտնվող ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմի կողմից շուրջօրյա վերահսկողության ներքո՝ ապահովելով բնակիչների անվտանգությունը։
