Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հունվարի 4-ին ստորագրել է մի շարք հրամանագրեր: Ըստ դրանցից մեկի՝ Մասիս Մայիլյանն ազատվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնից, իսկ մեկ այլ հրամանագրով Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշանակվել է նույն պաշտոնում՝ ազատվելով ԱՀ նախագահի խորհրդականի պաշտոնից:

Ստորագրված մեկ այլ հրամանագրով Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ազատվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնից՝ այլ աշխատանքի անցնելու կապակցությամբ, իսկ Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը նշանակվել է ԱՀ պետական նախարար-ֆինանսների նախարար՝ ազատվելով պետական նախարարի պաշտոնից:
