Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանն այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, ՀՅԴ անդամ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանի  ձերբակալման որոշումը ոչ իրավաչափ ճանաչեց՝ հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայության հիմքով. Սիմոնյանն ազատ արձակվեց։ Այս մասին լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել է Սիմոնյանի փաստաբաններից Գայանե Պապոյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ՝ դեկտեմբերի 29-ին, Ազգային ժողովի բակում բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել ցուցարարների եւ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի միջեւ: Վերջինս բռունցքներով հարվածներ է հասցրել ցուցարարներից մեկին, հնչել են երկուստեղ հայհոյանքներ:

Այնուհետեւ բերման ենթարկվեց 15 քաղաքացի, հարուցվեց քրեական գործ՝ խուլիգանության հոդվածով։
