Այսօր այցելեցի Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն. ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից կիրառված սպիտակ ֆոսֆորից ստացված ծանրագույն այրվածքներով այս պահին դեռ 8 զինծառայող ունենք։ Սպիտակ ֆոսֆորից այրվածքներ ստացած մեր մյուս զինվորներն արդեն դուրս են գրվել, բայց դեռ երկար վերականգնողական բուժում պիտի ստանան։

Սպիտակ ֆոսֆորը զանգվածային քիմիական ոչնչացման զինատեսակ է, ինչը Ադրբեջանը կիրառեց այս պատերազմում։

Միջազգային բոլոր կոնվենցիաներով քիմիական զանգվածային ոչնչացման զենք հանդիսացող սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի կիրառումը համարվում է ռազմական հանցագործություն։

Արցախյան այս պատերազմում սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի կիրառման դեպքերն ու բոլոր փաստերը ուղարկել եմ միջազգային կառույցներին։

Ադրբեջանը պետք է ճանաչվի ռազմական հանցագործ։
