ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն-ից հայտնում են. «Համացանցում վերջին ժամերին տարածվում է տեսանյութ, թե ինչպես է հայ զինծառայողների մի խումբ դուրս բերվում շրջափակումից Հադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր և Խծաբերդ գյուղերի տարածքից։ Տեսանյութը համապատասխանում է իրականությունը։ Գործողությունն իրականացվել է Հանրապետությունում խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործուն քայլերի շնորհիվ և զորախմբի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովի անմիջական միջնորդությամբ»:
