Ադրբեջանի իրավասու մարմիններին է հանձնվել 12 մարդ։ Այս մասին «Էրեբունի» օդանավակայնում հայտարարել է Ղարաբաղում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովը, հայտնում է Sputnik Արմենիան:

«Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների կողմից 2020թ.նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարության համաձայն, իրականացվել է գերիների փոխանակում «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց» սկզբունքով։ Դրան նախորդել են մեծ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ ադրբեջանական և հայկական կողմերի հետ, որոնք իրականացրել են ռուս խաղաղապահները», - ասաց Մուրադովը։

Նրա խոսքով ՝ արդյունքում իր անձնական վերահսկողության ներքո ռուսական օդանավը Բաքու է հասցվել և Ադրբեջանի իրավասու մարմիններին է հանձնվել 12 մարդ: Ադրբեջանական կողմից վերադարձել է 44 մարդ։

Մուրադովը նշել է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները հետագայում ևս կնպաստեն եռակողմ համաձայնագրի անշեղ կատարմանը:
