Աստիճանով բարձրանալիս կարելի է գնահատել սեփական առողջության աստիճանը: Համապատասխան հետազոտությունը հրատարակվել է Medical Xpress-ում:

Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ առողջ սիրտ ունեցող մարդը մեկ րոպեում կարող է 60 աստիճան բարձրանալ: Առողջության ստուգման նման միջոցը մասնագետներն անվանել են «Աստիճանի թեստ»:
