Դեկտեմբերի 1-ից Ադրբեջանին հանձնվող՝ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի Ծիծեռնավանքի պահպանման հարցով դեռեւս բանակցություններ են ընթանում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ԶՈՒ հոգևոր առաջնորդ Վրթանես սրբազանը, որն այս օրերին փոխարինում է Արցախի թեմի առաջնորդ Պարգև սրբազանին։

«Լուրջ բանակցություններ են գնում, մեր ցանկություններն ենք արտահայտում ռուս խաղաղապահներին, որ Ծիծեռնավանքը պահպանվի, ճանապարհներ ենք փնտրում, որ փրկենք վանքը, հոգեւորականներ այցելեն, աղոթք անեն, պատարագ անեն»,- ասել է նա։

Նշենք, որ Քաշաթաղի շրջանում կան մոտ 3 տասնյակ վանքեր ու եկեղեցիներ, պատմական հուշարձաններ:

Վանքերից շատ հայտնի է 4-րդ դարում կառուցված Ծիծեռնավանքը, որը ազատագրումից հետո հիմնովին վերակառուցվել էր: Լավ են պահպանվել նաև 17-րդ դարում կառուցված մի շարք եկեղեցիներ` Հակի Սուրբ Մինաս, Միրիկի Սուրբ Աստվածածին, Հոչանցի Սուրբ Ստեփանոս, Հերիկի Սուրբ Գևորգ, Շալուայի, Սթունիսի, Արախիշի, Մազրայի սրբավայրերը:
