Քննարկման առանցքում էին Լաչինի միջանցքի բնակավայրերի, անհետ կորածների, որոնողական աշխատանքների, զոհվածների մարմինների, գերիների փոխանակման գործընթացի, խաղաղապահների տեղակայման եւ սահմանազատման, ինչպես նաեւ տարածաշրջանի տրանսպորտային կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակման հետ կապված հարցեր:

Նման քննարկումներ պարբերաբար են տեղի ունենում, երբեմն օրը մի քանի անգամ: Այս քննարկումների մասին միշտ չէ, որ հաղորդագրություններ ենք տարածում, հաշվի առնելով դրանց աշխատանքային բնույթը եւ հաճախությունը»:
