Նոյեմբերի 19-ին ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Արա Այվազյանը հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանի հետ:

Նախարար Մայիլյանը շնորհավորեց իր գործընկերոջը Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթեց ամենայն հաջողություն՝ նշելով, որ այդ պատասխանատու առաքելությունը ստանձնում է Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար չափազանց կարևոր և պատասխանատու ժամանակաշրջանում:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով շնորհավորանքների և բարեմաղթանքների համար՝ Արա Այվազյանն ընդգծեց Հայաստանի և Արցախի միջև տարբեր մակարդակներում, այդ թվում՝ ԱԳՆ-ների միջև սերտ համագործակցության կարևորությունը:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին Արցախի դեմ թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը և հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հասցեագրման ուղղությամբ տեղում գործադրվող ջանքերը:

Հայաստանի և Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն ընդգծեցին արցախահայության կենսական շահերի անշեղ պաշտպանության կարևորությունը, այդ թվում՝ իր պատմական բնօրրանում ազատ և անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքի իրականացման միջոցով:
