Անկախ լրագրող Լինդսի Սնելը Twitter-ի իր էջում հայտնել է, որ սիրիացի վարձկանները դեռ Ադբեջանում են:

«Լսել եմ, որ բոլոր սիրիացի վարձկանները դեռ Ադրբեջանում են գտնվում (բացի ~ 700-ից, որոնց ուղարկել են մի ամիս առաջ): Նաև խոսակցություններ եմ լսել, որ էլ ավելի շատ են ուղարկելու: Չգիտեմ` ինչու ... սպասում եմ մանրամասներին: Ենթադրվում էր, որ Թուրքիան/Ադրբեջանը կցանկանային, որ նրանք շուտ գնան, որպեսզի շարունակեն հերքել նրանց ներկայությունը, բայց, հավանաբար, ոչ»,- գրել է Սնելը:

Նշենք, որ Մարդու իրավունքների սիրիական դիտորդական կենտրոնի (SOHR) տվյալներով` պատերազմի ողջ ընթացքում Արցախ է տեղափոխվել մոտ 2000 սիրիացի վարձկան:
