Ծառայության նման տեխնիկական հագեցումը թույլ է տալիս տեղում տուգանել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները խախտած վարորդներին, ինչը ժամանակին կասեցվել էր՝ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերից խուսափելու նկատառումով:
