Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել․

«Այսօր իմ կյանքի ամենավատ օրն էր՝ մեղքի, արժանապատվության ու այլ սուր զգացողություններով… Անցած 44-օրյա մղձավանջի պատճառներն ու հանգամանքները մանրամասն պետք է վերլուծվեն ու հետևություններ արվեն հետագա հաջողությունների համար:

Առիթ կլինի ավելի սթափ գլխով անդրադառնալ անցյալին ու ապագային, սակայն նշեմ, որ անկախ մարդու իրավունքների կեղծ միջազգային օրակարգի հանդեպ իմ մեծ հիասթափությունից, ես շարունակելու եմ իմ պայքարը արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության նպատակով՝ թե՛ ներքին և թե՛ արտաքին ուղղություններով: Ավելին, անտարակույս, ընտանիքիս հետ շարունակելու եմ բնակվել ու արարել իմ հայրենի հողում: Մեր սերունդը մեծ պարտքեր ունի տալու մեր նախորդ ու հաջորդ սերունդներին:
Խելացի, համատեղ ու հետևողական ջանքերի միջոցով կարելի է հասնել ցանկացած նպատակի, առավել ևս, երբ այն ազնիվ ու արդար է…»
