Թուրքիան պետք է ընդունի Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի դադարեցման մասին հայտարարության ստորագրումը, հակառակ դեպքում ԵՄ-ն կարող է լրացուցիչ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Իվ Լը Դրիան։
