«Ադրբեջանում հայատյացությունն ու քսենոֆոբիան այնքան են արմատացած, որ ցանկացած հայի սպանելը, գլխատելը և նույնիսկ դիակների հանդեպ վատ վերաբերմունքը ողջունելի է համարվում լայն հասարակության կողմից»,- այս մասին այսօր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը՝ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով իրենից ցեղասպանական գործողությունների վտանգ ներկայացնող դեպքերին։ «Այս համատեքստում կուզեի անդրադառնալ վերջին օրերին արձանագրված մի դեպքի, երբ Տող գյուղի բնակիչը, որը մազապուրծ փախել էր գյուղից, վկայել է NBC լրատվամիջոցի լրագրողին, որ իր հարևաններից մեկին ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները գլխատել են, ինչպես նաև սպանել են մեկ այլ տարեց անձի՝ 82-ամյա Միշա Ստեփանյանին: Գլխատել են նաև Մայոր անունով քաղաքացիական անձի, որի ազգանումը դեռ ճշտում ենք», — ասաց Բեգլարյանը։
