«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին կյանքից հեռացել է Ստեփանավանի քաղաքապետ Միքայել Ղարաքեշիշյանը: Լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկացրին, որ նրա մահվան պատճառը կորոնավիրուսն է եղել, նաեւ ուղեկցող հիվանդություններ է ունեցել: ՀՀԿ-ական քաղաքապետը 61 տարեկան էր, համայնքը սկսել էր ղեկավարել 2012-ի նոյեմբերից: Նա քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ էր ներգրավված: Այս տարվա մարտ ամսին մեր թերթին տված հարցազրույցում ասել էր, որ չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքները, նաեւ՝ որ իշխանություններն իր ապրելը չեն ուզում․ «Մտածում եմ, որ ընդհանրապես ինձ ուզում են ջնջել՝ իմ ապրածը, կենսագրությունը, ինձ: Եթե մարդու վրա հինգ քրեական գործ են հարուցում ու անկապ տեղը ցեխ լցնում, բա էլ ի՞նչ մտածեմ»։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ այս պահին նրա հաշիվների, նրա մասնակցությամբ ընկերությունների գործունեության վրա արգելանքներ են դրված։
