Ամուսնացած է: ՈՒնի 5 երեխա:

Արցախում, իր խոսքերով,  «քաֆիրների» (անհավատների) դեմ կռվելու համար նրան խոստացվել է ամսական  2000 դոլար  վարձավճար ու ևս 100 դոլար  «պարգևավճար»՝ ամեն  «քաֆիրի» գլուխ կտրելու համար:
