Պատերազմը չէր լինի, եթե օդը փակ լիներ։ Չէինք նահանջի դարձելի ու անդառնալի այսքան կորուստներով, եթե օդը փակ լիներ։ Կհաղթենք իսկական հաղթանակով (ոչ թե բարոյական) եթե օդը փակ լինի։

Օդը փակելը միայն ՀՕՊ համակարգերը չեն, դրանք նախ և առաջ Ռադիոէլեկտրոնային պայքարի միջոցներն են, որոնք կարող են բացառել որևէ թռչող սարքի մուտք Արցախի տարածք։ Գոնե այն սարքերի, որոնց տիրապետում է Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը։
Ու եթե հնարավոր չէ օդը փակել 100%-ով, ապա հնարավոր է 90%-ով։ Մնացածը կանի զինվորը։
