Ռազմական դրության ժամանակ պետությունը կարող է վերցնել ֆիզիկական ու իրավաբանական անձանց գույքը. Վնասի դեպքում այն կփոխհատուցվի

Ազգային ժողովն արտահերթ նիստում քննարկում է կառավարության ներկայացրած նախագիծը, որը վերաբերում է ռազմական դրության ժամանակ ֆիզիկական ու իրավաբանական անձանց պատկանող գույքի՝ պետության կողմից վերցնելուն, եթե դրա անհրաժեշտություն կա:

Նախագծով կարգավորվում են այդ գույքն օգտագործման վերցնելու հետ կապված հարաբերությունները, մանրամասնեցվում է ընթացակարգը, երաշխիքները, սահմանվում են գույքի օգտագործման ընթացքում դրան հասցված վնասի դեպքում համարժեք փոխհատուցում տալու պայմանները:

Նախագիծը խորհրդարանում ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ՊՆ փոխնախարար Գաբրիել Բալայանը:
