«Օրվա ընթացքում և երեկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, թե պատրաստ է կրակի դադարեցմանը, բայց իրադարձությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ նման մտադրություն չունի»,- այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնեց ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Դուք րոպեներ առաջ տեսաք Թուրքիայի նախագահի հայտարարությունը: Եթե սա հայության լինելիության, մեր պետականության, մեր ազգի լինելիության գոյապայքարն է, հետևաբար մենք կարող ենք պատասխանել՝ ինչ է նշանակում մեր հաղթելը: Հաղթելը նշանակում է մեր անվտանգությունը, երկրորդ անգամ ցեղասպանություն թույլ չտալը, հակառակորդի ԶՈՒ-ին խնդիրներից զրկելը»,- հավելեց նա։
