«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.

«Տեւական ժամանակ քաղաքական ու իրավապահ շրջանակներում տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի թիկնազորի պետ Արշակ Հակոբյանը դեռեւս 2014-ին ձերբակալված է եղել եւ պահվել ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում: Ավելին՝ անգամ մամուլում հրապարակումներ եղան այդ մասին:

Օդում կախված լուրերի համաձայն՝ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվել է մի գործ, ըստ որի՝ Արշակ Հակոբյանը ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ է ներգրավել ՃՈ աշխատակազմում, որոնք մեծ քանակությամբ տուգանքներ են գանձել վարորդներից, սակայն գանձումների մեծ մասը բյուջե չի մտել.

ենթադրվում է` դրանք տնօրինել է Արշակ Հակոբյանը: Օդում կախված այս լուրերի իսկությունը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց պարզել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից: Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան` ԱԱԾ-ից հայտնեցին. «Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում Արշակ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ չի հարուցվել»:
