«Միլան քաղաքն ընդունեց ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ԱՆԿԱԽՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ

Երեկ երեկոյան հրատապ միջնորդությամբ Միլանի քաղաքային խորհուրդը միաձայն ընդունեց Արցախի անկախությունը եւ, ինչպես նշված է միջնորդության մեջ, հանձնարարեց Միլանի Քաղաքապետին և քաղաքի գործադիր իշխանություններին. «խնդրել Իտալիայի ազգային իշխանություններին ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետությունը՝ որպես քաղաքակրթության ակտ, որը կարող է հանգեցնել ոչ միայն արդարության իրագործմանը, այլ վերջ դնել լռությանը, որը վաղուց դառնում է հանցագործության մեղսակցություն»։
