ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հայտարարությունը

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (ՌԴ), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա) և Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ) այսօր հանդես են եկել հետևյալ հայտարարությամբ․

«Համանախագահներն անհանգստությամբ են արձանագրում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում շարունակվող բռնությունը։ Համանախագահները կոչ են անում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևին և ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անհապաղ քայլեր ձեռնարկել հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կողմերի կողմից Մոսկվայում ստանձնած պարտավորությունների լիարժեք կատարման համար՝ աղետալի հետևանքները տարածաշրջանում կանխելու նպատակով:

Համանախագահները կրկնում են, որ քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհերը ցանկացած պարագայում անընդունելի են։ Համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են անում անհապաղ հաստատել հումանիտար հրադադար՝ ապահովելով աճյունների, ռազմագերիների և պահվող անձանց վերադարձ, և համաձայնության գալ հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերահսկման մեխանիզմի շուրջ:

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի հետ առանձնազրույցներից հետո համանախագահներն աշխատում են կողմերի հետ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության քաղաքական կարգավորման գործընթացի առարկայական հարցերի շուրջ՝ բանակցային լուծման հասնելու նպատակով»։
