Դուք պատկերացրեք, հարյուրավոր դիակներ կան առաջնագծում ու Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն անտարբեր են, անտարբեր են իրենց դիակների, զոհվածների, «հերոսների» նկատմամբ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբորի 11-ին, հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

«Պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, պետք է այսօր ընթանար դիակները մարտադաշտից հեռացնելու գործընթացն ու Կարմիր խաչի միջնորդությամբ, կանոնների համաձայն ամեն ինչ պետք է արվեր: Այն, ինչ հիմա կատարվում է, հերթական ապացույցն է, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք ունեն Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները սեփական ժողովրդի նկատմամբ: Նրանց դիակները գտնվում են առաջնագծում, օրերի ընթացքում մեծ աղետ է լինելու:
