Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ պետք է զբաղվի ոչ միայն  ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ն, այլ նաև այլ երկրներ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:

Ալիևի խոսքերով, այդ երկրները պետք է լինեն ընդունելի ինչպես Ադրբեջանի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի համար: Նա չի բացառել, որ այս կազմում կարող են լինել երկրներ, որոնք այսօր չկան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում:

Թշնամական երկրի ղեկավարն իհարկե չի մոռացել նաև իր հին բարբաջանքը, որ Արցախը պետք է հանձնվի Ադրբեջանին՝ այդ պայմանին կցելով նաև տարածաշրջանային գերտերությունների մասնակցությունը հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ու միջազգային կառույցների երաշխիքները:
