Գույքի վրա դրված կալանքը կշարունակի գործել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին պատկանող տան եւ 235 մլն դրամի նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի փաստաբանական թիմը։

Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ, մասնակի բավարարել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գույքի եւ բանկային հաշիվների վրա դրված արգելանքը վերացնելու պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը։

Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ կալանքը կշարունակի գործել Ռ․ Քոչարյանին պատկանող տան եւ 235 մլն դրամի նկատմամբ։

Նշենք, որ տվյալ տունը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին տրամադրվել է պետության կողմից՝ որպես պաշտոնաթող նախագահի, իսկ բանկային հաշվեհամարներին գումար է փոխանցվել ԲՖԿ «Սիստեմա»-ից, որտեղ Ռ․ Քոչարյանը զբաղեցնում է անկախ տնօրենի պաշտոնը, եւ այլ օրինական աղբյուրներից, ինչը հաստատող բոլոր փաստաթղթերը առկա են գործում»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
