27 տարին լրացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, որոնք չեն ծառայել, գումարի դիմաց կազատվեն քրեական հետապնդումից․ մանրամասներ

«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մխիթար Հայրապետյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․  «Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Երեկ շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել օրենքի նոր նախագիծ, համաձայն որի՝ 27 տարին լրացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, որոնք չեն անցել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն և գտնվում են քրեական հետախուզման մեջ, պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայողի երկու տարվա աշխատավարձ վճարելու դեպքում կազատվեն քրեական հետապնդումից։ Բացի այդ, վերոնշյալ գումարը վճարելուց և քրեական հետապնդումից արդեն իսկ ազատվելուց հետո առաջիկա երեք տարվա ընթացքում երկու տարի ժամկետով պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու դեպքում վճարված գումարն ամբողջությամբ հետ կստանան, ինչպես նաև հանրային ծառայության անցնելու հնարավորություն կստանան»։
