«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Նոյեմբերի վերջին նախատեսված է Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանի նորաստեղծ «Շրջադարձ» կուսակցության համագումարը, որի ժամանակ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընտրվելու է կուսակցության նախագահ, Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը՝ քաղխորհրդի նախագահ:

Սեյրան Օհանյանը նախօրեին նորից մեկնել է Մոսկվա: Դրան զուգահեռ իշխանությունից Սեյրան Օհանյանին Դալլաքյանի կուսակցությունը ղեկավարելու պարագայում սպառնացել են կոմպրոմատներով, սակայն Սեյրան Օհանյանը ուշադրություն չի դարձրել սպառնալիքներին՝ նշելով, որ իր դեմ ոչ մի կոմպրոմատ չկա, բացի իր տիկնոջ հետ կապված պատմություններից, որոնք արդեն բացահայտված են:

Իսկ ծայրահեղ դեպքում, եթե ինչ-որ այլ կոմպրոմատներ հրապարակ բերվեն, Սեյրան Օհանյանը վստահ է, որ Մոսկվայից կկանխեն»:
