Պատրաստման եղանակը

Կաթսայի մեջ լցրեք շաքարը ու թույլ կրակի վրա տաքացրեք անընդհատ խառնելով: Ապա ավելացրեք մանր կտրատած սոխն ու տաքացրեք մի քանի րոպե, հետո լցրեք ջուրը:

Եռացրեք թույլ կրակի վրա այնքան, մինչեւ ջուրը պակասի եւ մնա 1/3-ը: Սառեցրեք, խառնեք մեղրն ու կտրոնի հյութը: Թողեք մնա ամբողջ գիշեր: Առավոտյան քամեք, լցրեք ապակյա տարայի մեջ:
