Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում հնարավոր է փոխզիջում, տարածաշրջանը կարող է դառնալ ինքնավար հանրապետություն։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է RIA Novosti-ն, այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Դմիտրի Կիսելյովին տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ։

«Խելամիտ փոխզիջում հնարավոր է․Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովում, ինքնակառավարում, տարբեր ներդրումային նախագծերի իրականացում Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Եվ երկու ժողովուրդների խաղաղ համագործակցություն՝ պայմանով, որ ինքնավար ԼՂ-ի սահմաններից դուրս տարածքները կազատագրվեն։ Այսպիսին ենք մենք տեսնում հակամարտության կարգավորումը»,- ասել է Ալիևը:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ իր երկիրը «չի ճանաչի և չի ընդունի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությունը»։
