ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ծննդյան օրվա կապակցությամբ ՌԴ նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակվել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի շնորհավորական ուղերձը, որում ասվում է, որ Ռուսաստանում Ռ. Քոչարյանին գիտեն որպես ականավոր պետական գործչի, ով շատ բան է արել ժամանակակից Հայաստանի զարգացման համար։ Ռուսական կողմը բարձր է գնահատում Քոչարյանի անձնական ներդրումը մեր երկրների միջև բարեկամական, գործընկերային կապերի ամրապնդման գործում։

Այս առիթով 1or.am-ը փորձեց մեկնաբանություն ստանալ ՀՀ ներկա իշխանական ՔՊ կուսակցությունից: Կուսակցության հանրային կապերի համակարգող Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը պատասխանեց, որ հրաժարվում են այն մեկնաբանել:
