ՀԱՍԱՐԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով, այն է՝ 2020 թվականի 2-րդ զորակոչի ընթացքում բժշկական կեղծ ախտորոշումներ ձևակերպելու և այլ եղանակներով զորակոչիկներին պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու կամ նախազորակոչիկներին տարկետումներ տրամադրելու գործընթացը կազմակերպելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալուն օժանդակելու կասկածանքով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու համար, ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ:

Եվս մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալու կասկածանքով:
