ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «Քրեական գործերով իրեղեն ապացույց հանդիսացող թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց բաղադրիչների, հրազենի, դրա հիմնական մասերի, ռազմամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի և պայթուցիկ սարքերի փոխանցման կարգի մասին» արձանագրության կատարումն ապահովող միջոցառումը հաստատելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.

«Համաձայն «Միջազգային պայմանագրերի մասին» օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2004 թվականի ապրիլի 8-ի N 541-Ն որոշման 1-ին կետի`

1. Հաստատել 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին Սոչիում ստորագրված «Քրեական գործերով իրեղեն ապացույց հանդիսացող թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ նյութերի և դրանց բաղադրիչների, հրազենի, դրա հիմնական մասերի, ռազմամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի և պայթուցիկ սարքերի փոխանցման կարգի մասին» արձանագրության կատարումն ապահովող միջոցառումը` համաձայն հավելվածի»,-ասված է որոշման մեջ:
