Օդային ճանապարհով օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների մուտքի արգելքը հանվել է, բայց ցամաքային սահմանով սահմանափակումը շարունակում է գործել։ Այս մասին ԱԺ հատուկ նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց փոխվարչապետ, պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը։

«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանն էլ հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք պարետը կամ վարչապետը Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ բանակցություններ սկսե՞լ են, որ Հայաստանում հազարավոր արտագնա աշխատող մարդիկ կարողանան գնալ ՌԴ և աշխատել այնտեղ, որտեղ ունեն աշխատատեղեր:

Ավինյանը նշեց, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը հրապարակայնորեն պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել սահմանները երկկողմանի բացելու հետ կապված և արդեն անհատական բանակցություններ են գնում:
