«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության 88 պատգամավորներն այսօր իրականացնելու են սահմանադրական հեղաշրջում՝ կատարելով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300-րդ հոդվածով (Իշխանությունը յուրացնելը) և 300.1-րդ հոդվածով (Սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելը) նախատեսված հանցագործությունները։ Այս մասին գրում է 168.am-ը:

«Այսպես, Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները Սահմանադրության կոպիտ խախտմամբ և առանց Սահմանադրական դատարանի համաձայնության երկու ընթերցումով ընդունելու են Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծ՝ դադարեցնելով Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորների լիազորությունները։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սա այն նույն նախագիծն է, որը նախորդ ուրբաթ խստորեն քննադատվել էր Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի կողմից։

Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունն արդեն իսկ համաձայնության է եկել ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հետ։ Ըստ այդ համաձայնության՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանը չի վիճարկելու նշված պրոցեսի սահմանադրականությունը, բայց նաև չի ստորագրելու համապատասխան նախագիծը։ Դրանից հետո համապատասխան փոփոխությունը ստորագրվելու է ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի կողմից»,-գրում է լրատվամիջոցը:
