Խստորեն դատապարտում եմ Նիկոլի ձեռքը խաղալիք դարձած, իր դրածոներով ղեկավարվող իրավապահ մարմինների գործողությունները։

Անթույլատրելի է խաղաղ հավաքված մարդկանց նկատմամբ նման լկտի կերպով բիրտ ուժի կիրառումը։ Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորների կարգավիճակի նման անարգումը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության նկատմամբ երկրում բռնակալած նիկոլական վարչակազմի կողմից հերթական կեղտոտ ոտնձգությունն է։

Հատկապես զարհուրելի էր կին պատգամավորների նկատմամբ ոստիկանական տմարդի պահվածքը։

Այս խայտառակության բոլոր մասնակիցները թող հիշեն, որ շատ շուտով պատասխան են տալու, ու «հրամանն էինք կատարում» օտմազկեն որեւէ նշանակություն չի ունենալու։
