Սերգեյ Ատոմյանը երկրի բարձրագույն ամբիոնից ամենայն հավանականությամբ ոչ սթափ վիճակում մի քանի անգամ հիստերիկ ծիծաղի պոռթկումներ է ունենում և «հա լավ վոբշմ» ասելով հեռանում է ամբիոնից։
