Իրականում համավարակն իսկական փորձություն է դարձել աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր երկրների կառավարությունների համար: Բոլոր տեղերում էլ պայքարում են կյանքեր փրկելու համար, բայց, ինչպես ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն է ասում, չի կարելի քաղաքացուն դուբինկաներով ու «սպեցնազով» առողջություն պարտադրել: Ավելի վաղ, այս առիթով «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության և «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» հիմնադիր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն անդրադառնալով այս խնդրին, տեսակետ էր հայտնել, որ եթե ինքը որոշումներ կայացնողը լիներ, հակահամաճարակային իրավիճակը մի քանի անգամ ավելի լավ կլիներ, քան այսօր է:
Եվ, բնական է, քանի որ հասարակությունը բազմիցս տեսել է, թե ինչ կազմակերպված քաղաքական ուժ է ԲՀԿ-ն և ինչպես է այս քաղաքական ուժը փորձության պահին համախմբված կանգնում երկրի ու ժողովրդի կողքին:
