Ինչ թիվ էլ ասենք, պայմանական է լինելու. մենք, օրինակ,  կարող ենք ասել, որ բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի ավելացված  մասով է մեր կանխատեսվող վնասը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 16-ին, իր մեծ ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ՀՀ տնտեսությունն ինչքան վնաս է կրել արտակարգ դրության ժամանակ:

Հարցին, թե կառավարությունը հաշվարկե՞լ է, թե ինչքան պետությունը քիչ վնաս կկրեր, եթե ճիշտ կազմակերպվեր համավարակի դեմ պայքարը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Այդ հարցը կարելի է հնչեցնել աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներում: Ընդ որում, որքան երկիրը զարգացած է, այնքան ավելի բարձր կարելի է հնչեցնել այդ հարցը՝ Իտալիայում, ԱՄՆ-ում, Ֆրանսիայում, Իսպանիայում, Չինաստանում»:
