Գերմանացի գիտնականները գիտական ապացույցներ են գտել առ այն, որ կնոջ մերկ կրծքին նայելը ոչ միայն հաճելի է տղամարդկանց համար, այլ նաև օգտակար։ Նախագծի ղեկավարը պնդում է, որ միայն 10 րոպե կնոջ այդ բարեմասնությանը նայելը տղամարդկանց համար հավասար է 30 րոպե աերոբիկայով մարզվելուն։

Կնոջ բարեմասնությանը նայելու ժամանակ տղամարդու մոտ բարելավվում է սրտանոթային համակարգի աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաև լավանում է արյան շրջանառությունը և թթվածնի մատակարարումը։

Գիտնականները պնդում են, որ ամեն օր մերկ կուրծք տեսնելը 50%-ով կնվազեցնի ինֆարկտի կամ ինսուլտի հավանականությունը, ինչպես նաև 5-7 տարով կերկարացնի տղամարդու կյանքը։
