«Այսօր լրանում է Արցախի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հրադադարի համաձայնագրի ստորագրման 26-ամյակը, որը վերջ դրեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ սանձազերծված ռազմական ագրեսիային: Համաձայնագիրն անժամկետ է. դրա անշեղ իրագործումը և հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդումը, այդ թվում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ ձեռքբերված համաձայնագրերի իրականացման միջոցով ԼՂ խաղաղ գործընթացի առանցքային մասն է:

 

Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառումը, որն ուղեկցվում է բանակցություններում փոխզիջումները մերժող դիրքորոշմամբ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գլխավոր խոչընդոտն է»:
