2020թ. մայիսի 7-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակչուհին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ իր ամուսինը բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով 2019թ. օգոստոս և 2020թ. մարտ ամիսներին սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել 2004թ. ծնված իր անչափահաս որդու նկատմամբ:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 139-րդ հոդվածի (սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով:

Արագածոտնի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ իր անչափահաս որդու նկատմամբ սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու կասկածանքով:
