Բոլոր նրանց, ով Արցախը մարզ է համարում եւ կոչ է անում անհապաղ միավորման՝ հորդորում եմ շրջահայաց եւ մի փոքր ավելի խելոք լինել. չինացիները հինգ տարբեր մոդել ունեն, որոնցից երեքը՝ ճանաչված պետություններ, թուրքերը՝ երկու, արաբները՝ էլ չհաշվեմ: Այս մասին Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում գրել է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Արմեն Դարբինյանը:

«Երկու պետության գոյությունը ազգային Արժեք է»,-հավելել է նա:

Ավելի ուշ Արմեն Դարբինյանը հավելել է. «Իսկ արտգործնախարարին եւ Փաշինյանին խորհուրդ կտայի նահանջի կարմիր գիծը առաջ բերել. մեր կարմիր գիծը անվտանգությունը չէ, մեր կարմիր գիծը ինքնորոշման իրավունքն է: Չսխալվեք: Հզորները կարող են գայթակղվել եւ միասնաբար անվտանգություն երաշխավորել, մերժելը դժվար կլինի»:
